Did you know that there are rules for those wishes that you make every time you blow out candles?
1. Before blowing out candles wishes may be made
2. Said wishes must not be shared before all the candles are completely blown out
3. Candles must be blown out only by the wishing party, any help will disqualify the wishes
4. Candles must not be extinguished with any help from a fan or other such blowing item, even if weilded by the wishing party
5. Wishes are allowed to be shared after the candles are totally and completely out if the wishing party desires to do so, however if they are forced or convinced to share them the wishes shall be disqualified
i love making wishes..if only i could have dreams and desires to have fulfilled by them.
